Counselling in Bristol and Online across the UK
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can explore difficult emotions, make sense of what you’re experiencing and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I’m Helen, an integrative counsellor with a person-centred approach at the heart of my work.
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, difficult or simply hard to make sense of. You may be navigating anxiety, low mood, relationships, or a general feeling that something just doesn’t feel right, even if you aren't sure why.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need from counselling before you begin.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do or give you all the answers. Instead, I’ll work alongside you with empathy, understanding and acceptance. As an integrative counsellor, I can draw on different therapeutic approaches where appropriate, while always keeping you, your experiences and your needs at the centre of our work.
